Professional attitude throughout from giving a quote to completion day. 2nd time using Wirral Water Works. Needed new drainage system, good advice given and quick to make amendments. Digging is a messy job, however clean up afterwards was tidy. Left no mess. Professional & knowledgeable during a recent camera investigation. The report enabled follow-up works which were carried out by Welsh Water. Further work on-site to install a manhole & drain extension by Wirral Water Works was done in an efficient & tidy way. Altogether a satisfactory experience.
