They were so assuring and talked me through the jargon that I pushed for them to get the job. The work was carried out, the leak fixed and left immaculate. The lads from Wirral Water Works Ltd are great- turned up on time, did a good job and were reasonably priced. They remained flexible to assist whit getting reconnected.

New water mains installed to increase water flow and replace old lead pipes.

As I was really concerned about the blocked drain they called out at very short notice. They were very polite and helpful and I cannot fault the quality of their workmanship. They would be the only company that I would call , should I have any problems in the future. First Class in every way.

Cleared blocked grids and checked drains

The workers arrived early after texting me to check that was ok and set about moving items out of the way. They told me exactly what they were going to do and updated me halfway through to advise of the cause of the difficulties. Once the work was completed I was informed exactly what had been carried out and potential for issues to arise in the future but not in a way I felt uncomfortable with and certainly without any pressure to 'sign up' for more work immediately. Everything was tidied away and the standard of finish was excellent. I will definitely request them to price more jobs.
